摘要: 近十年来，直接胆管镜和胰管镜检查技术不断发展，已广泛应用于多种胰胆疾病的诊断和治疗。2025年10月，欧洲联合胃肠病学会发布了直接胆管镜和胰管镜检查共识建议，该共识涵盖了直接胆管镜和胰管镜检查的一般性建议以及针对胆胰管结石、胆道狭窄和其他适应证的特异性建议，旨在为胆胰疾病的临床诊疗提供标准化指导。本文对共识中的推荐意见进行摘译。

Abstract: Over the past decade， with the continuous development of direct cholangioscopy and pancreatoscopy， they have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of various pancreaticobiliary diseases. In October 2025， United European Gastroenterology released the consensus recommendations for direct cholangioscopy and pancreatoscopy， including general recommendations for direct cholangioscopy and pancreatoscopy and specific recommendations for biliopancreatic duct stones， biliary strictures， and other indications， with an aim to provide standard guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreaticobiliary diseases. This article gives an excerpt of the key recommendations in the consensus.
