  • 摘要: 生活方式的改变比如增加运动,是影响代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)患者健康和生活质量的关键因素。运动能够有效改善这类患者的身体健康,是治疗MAFLD的基石。然而,不同类型、强度、时间和频率的运动对MAFLD产生各不相同的影响。本研究综述了不同运动处方对MAFLD患者的作用和影响,有助于医护人员制定个性化的运动方案,鼓励患者积极参与运动锻炼,从而提供有效的预防和治疗策略。
