摘要: 近期，英国胃肠病学会发布了自身免疫性肝炎（AIH）管理指南。该指南通过回顾和总结当前临床证据，为AIH及重叠综合征患者的诊断和管理提供指导。该指南主要关注成人AIH，同时也适用于青少年及较大年龄段的儿童患者群体。本文主要对指南中的推荐意见进行摘译。

Abstract: Recently， British Society of Gastroenterology has published the guidelines on the management of autoimmune hepatitis （AIH）. The guidelines provide guidance for the diagnosis and management of patients with AIH and overlap syndrome by reviewing and summarizing existing clinical evidence. The guidelines mainly focus on AIH in adults， but it is also applicable to adolescents and older children. This article presents an excerpt of the recommendations from the guidelines.
